The registration process was easy and I didn't experience any problems.

I found the site looking for online polls of what races people would be playing in Guild Wars 2. I think the keywords I used were "guild wars 2 race poll" and I went through a few pages before
I found this place. I'll probably post a topic or article about what I found.

Question: Right now the site's purpose appears to be to serve as a forum for people who are interested in Guild Wars 2. Will this purpose remain the same after the games release or do you have different plans for the future?

The goal is to make this the best Guildwars 2 community site.

The functionality of the site will largely be decided by the community its self. At the moments the physiology is provide the technology and the software and the community will best find its use.

The sites current purpose is yes a forum, but also news and articles and a wiki.

At the moment I am working on building the community (getting members and finishing the smaller development things).

When Guildwars 2 is released things will pretty much stay the same as far as the core of whats offered.
Although depending on what Arena net actually puts in the game it could mean that I add tools like calculators, armory's or maps etc.

The forum will most likely have sub forums to accommodate for private guild discussions. There will Also be more category's added.

The live chat will also have more category's and again maybe special private guild chat rooms.

The wiki is really unforeseen as of now as Arena net will probably have a official one, but I definitely think it will be used for things like class builds and maybe Guild records and information. Anything really that is suitable for a wiki and not suitable for Arena Nets.

Theres going to be a main blog which has articles and news written by people with writing skills. Also this will also be home to community written guides and strategy's.  I also plan to have a place where community members can write their own blog posting documenting there experiences with the game.

Finally depending on the success of the game we could have things as major as podcasts etc.

I saw you on onrpg , and you were the only one who knew what he was talking about, therefore I bothered to click the link in your signiature leading to here, and was impressed by the website. I'll gladly spread word of this site if it gets more content :D

I found it via Twitter which I signed up for only to get updates from Arena Net, Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2. I found the whole signing up process really simple, too :]

Also, I'm glad someone mentioned the typos – I didn't want to seem like a Grammar Nazi after only one day :p
