Redean	So me and Caprocks have been chatting and we think we should start a guild for when GW2 is launched. Since we have no info on how guilds will work in GW2 i'll just take names of anyone whos interested for now. Possible Names: Dragonbane Vanguard Celestial Vanguard Vanguard of Sanctity (Something Vanguard in it we have decided) Leader: Redean (i'm highly open to the idea of a co-leader) Officers: Caprocks Members: Teapot NaurAmlug awhite26 I haven't decided on a name yet but since its a GW2Community Guild its only fitting that the members choose a name that they all agree upon! So any suggestions post em! If your interested in putting your name down simple say so below. Obviously when the nature of guilds in GW2 is revealed the shape and direction of this guild will become far more clear.

Aissa	If and when you decide on a name you can add a shout to the Guild Recruitment thread! I think I'm sticking with my current GW guild into the new game but I'll see how that goes.

Redean	Ok some ideas for names, mostly ripped straight outta other games with no thought at all Brotherhood of Steel (cause who doesn't like fallout) Uprising <3 Cake (portal reference FYI) Blood Ravens (love me some Dawn of War!) Delta Force (huh? huh?)

Naur	Good, I like this idea and I’m interested. Let’s hope that we get more info about GW2 guild system, realms, servers soon. Some name ideas; Guardians of Peace, Protectors of Light, Serenity, Champions of Hope/Honor, Dragon Slayers, Dragon Watch, Haven, Vanguard of Valour, Mystic Force/Order, Glory of Tyria, Rise of Heroes, Heroes Rise

awhite26	This isn't about the Guild idea but i didn't want to make a whole new topic. i know some people may not join the communities guild if one is created but, we should all and join the same server/world so we can at least talk and do events together. Just a thought

Redean	Well firstly I'd prefer to be on an oceanic server (due to my geographic location) but it is to my understanding that you can change servers easily therefore guilds will not likely be bound to a particular server Also I really like the sound of a guild name with Vanguard in it. Maybe Vanguard of Hope?

Redean	Dragonbane Vanguard has a nice ring to it and fits in with GW2 Or does Vanguard of Dragonbane sound better?

I’m no Guild Wars expert but might be willing to consider being officer. How about if we create own section called Guild Hall (for example) and all topics related to guild are placed and discussed there?
