I think any class teaming with an ele will benefit greatly with the combined forces feature. But I believe a ranger would benefit the most using their whirling defense skill in either a static field or a near a shield of fire. Or if possible in combination with Barrage… But then we dont know how much more lethal a barrage attack is than one powerful and accurate shot from the warriors pistol through a static field |

I think something fun would be to combine the support from a static field or say a flame wall, stick a line of rangers in there all using whirling defences and then behind that for good measure have another ranger or 3 using spreadshot to create one giant flaming wall of hell. I would also probably use skills like static field to run places and so use the skills to snare stuff if they tried to eat me. |

I for most likely will play as elementalist as my 1 choice of class. My Chinese horoscope is Fire Dragon so I go for fire as my main attunement. |

With all that's been revealed about the Elementalist, I don't imagine I'll roll one. But it will definitely be a prime choice for a sub-profession. |
